ADMISSIONS

Parent Informational Meeting

This special evening is set aside for parents of prospective students to come learn about our history and philosophy, meet our board, teaching staff and current parents, and the working details of who we are.  

 

Classroom Visits

We encourage students to visit for a day to experience our learning environment first hand, prior enrollment.

Enrollment Procedure

  • Completion of application (with a copy of Birth Certificate) and submission of a non-
    refundable application fee

  • Submission of Pastor Recommendation form

  • If requested, submission of completed Teacher Recommendation forms

  • If requested, submission of prior school records

  • Submission of executed Doctrinal Statement, Family Commitment, and Financial Commitment forms

  • Completed parent/guardian interview with and approval of admission by the SMCC Board and Administrative Staff *

  • Review of and submission to the SMCC Parent-Student Handbook

  • Payment of enrollment fee

  • Enrollment with a certified umbrella school of choice

​   *Notice of acceptance or non-acceptance will follow the classroom visit(s) and interview.

 

Application & Enrollment Fees

Application Fee: $50.00  A one-time, non-refundable application fee is required. Receipt of the application and fee begins the admissions process.

 

Enrollment Fee: $200.00 Each new and returning student is required to pay an enrollment fee. Payment is due upon enrollment and is applied toward your tuition cost.

 

Tuition and Expenses

Tuition: $5500 

   

Sibling Discount: A 10% discount is applied to tuition for additional students from the same family.

 

Tuition Due: Payments are paid in 9 monthly installments due on the first of each month beginning September 1st. 

 

Field Trips and Activities: Cost of field trips and other activities are not included in the tuition fee. Costs will be added to your monthly invoice.

 

Optional Student Lunches: Students have the option to order 517 Subs weekly. 

 

Curriculum Fee: Each student will be assessed a curriculum fee of $150. Also, each student will need a laptop or tablet for word processing capabilities.

 

Umbrella Organization

Upon enrollment, prior to the start of the school year, each student is required to register with an umbrella school to house and maintain all your student's school records (not included in SMCC fees).
